If it just get dropped back where I was with 5 years of memories, sure, easy choice. people will know you did the challenge if you want them to so they will not think you are dead unless they doubt the possibility of physics altering inter-dimensional travel I suppose but if you let said people know this they would also know you are now a billionaire ...
