Topic	Sleep apnea machine = best thing to happen to me in years
Dark_Arbron 03/02/24 12:11:38 AM #1:	Finally had a (court ordered) sleep study and my readings were off the charts. Severe sleep apnea = stop breathing for 10+ seconds at least 30 times an hour. My reading = 59.2 My average reading after going on the machine = 0.8 Now I just get into bed, dont take too long to go to sleep, and sleep all the way through for 5-7 hours with zero snoring. Previously my snoring apparently hovered around 90dB, which is around the level of heavy traffic or a hand drill. --- "How is that a religious topic?
