I think the AI part of it is getting some weird emphasis, probably because there's just a lot of general anti-AI sentiment around nowadays. It's not like having the advertisement posters made by a human would have helped the event itself be any better

The thing that gets me about the posters is that they did absolutely zero touch-up work on them. Like, it would have taken them literally two minutes in Photoshop (or hell, even MS Paint) to fix the fucked up text, but they didn't even want to put that small amount of effort in.
