Just wanted to add on to the good advice people have already said. Make sure your sleep and diet are dialed in, and you are getting enough protein. I track all my lifts, but I dont pay too much attention to making a gain every time Im at the gym, some days you arent as rested or just feel off, no big deal. Just make sure you are pushing yourself at the gym even on bad days, pushing some lifts all the way to failure.
