I actually heard a former career federal prosecutor who makes frequent media appearances (Glenn Kirschner is his name) regarding the law actually bring up how fast they handed the election to Bush back in 2000 and shows that they intentionally want to drag this out as long as they can for Trump, if it was something they actually wanted to get done quickly then it would be. It should have already been done. The supreme court is a defunct system at this point.
