Anony1125 02/28/24 7:57:49 PM #1: | I'm still not eating very well, but working on it. Feel like I'm already beginning to see some changes in my physique, though very subtle ones. I wanna be thin but ripped. Averaging around 2300 calories a day. 98g sugar, 82g protein, 267g carbs, and 99g fat. Seem to have lost a couple pounds (140 to 138ish), but I need to commit to pushing that sugar down and eating more protein. Struggling with the protein in particular, may have to start busting out the protein shakes.
