i loaded up on food today.

past 3 hours i:
ate 10 pieces of this cheap salmon sushi
ate half of a turkey n cheese sandwich
and ate a number 5 at mcdonalds (10 piece nuggets) large fries and coke. Well I ate about 1/3 of the fries and 8 nuggets. i got full

damn i feel less lightheaded now tbh. like almost back to normal.

my hands were sweating like crazy behind the wheel. i def have a fever i think. no runny nose or cough tho. omg i hope im not spreading anything bad . maybe it's all in my head
