I think I'm just underweight rn and is why I'm dizzy and lightheaded often. Maybe partly because I vape too much nicotine too.

I'm 115 pounds rn I used to weigh like 135 which is prob optimal for me

But I do feel hungry most of the day. When I do eat I find it tough to eat a large portion at once. So I'll just eat like a small to medium sized portion. But ill get hungry again after like 4 hours but I get too lazy to eat frequently so ill wait it out for like up to 12 hours, damn.

I go to bed hungry and ill wake up in the middle of the night with fast heart rate. I have to eat a bit to fall back asleep. I did that at 2 am today
