And you claim all Alolan forms evolve, yet Alolan Muk, Raticate, and Raichu do not evolve and Meowth is just the same. It's simply a one stage pokeyman and it needs no further enhancement. Evolving into Garfield like you claim it does would simply sour the whole species.
