Topic	I can't sleep - AMA
archizzy 02/28/24 2:07:25 AM #2:	As Ive gotten older Ive had some health stuff pop up but the one area that remains perfect for me is sleeping. I go to bed every night around 0130 and fall asleep within a few minutes and wake up naturally about 9 to 9.5 hours later around 1030 to 1100. I get perfect sleep every night. If Im tired Ill go to bed earlier but its the same 9 to 9.5 hours sleep pretty much always. I love waking up naturally without an alarm clock full rested.
