| C-zom 02/26/24 4:17:42 PM #27: | Fwiw a buddy of mine is an excellent accountant working for a firm in the city and he aced every metric you guys look for. He was up for a bonus/review and got fired for arbitrary reasons. They tried to trick him with the train your replacement thing, but he knew for weeks it was over. Anyway, the new dude made like 15k less than him and got put into his same position of seniority due to grades.
