Fucking pathetic, make it even harder for people to come forwardI'm not in the debate about worse or not. But most definitely false accusers should be punished with more than a slap on the wrist. False accusations literally ruin lives. It ruins a person's career, reputation, and many go to prison for it. Being falsely accused of raping someone isn't a MI or inconvenience to shrug off especially if you don't have the resources to fight the accusation.
