When I was on a cut last year, I started eating a lot slower by chewing more. You will feel SO MUCH MORE satiated and eat less.

When you eat really fast, you can consume waaaay more calories. Not good if trying to lose weight.
This is a really good tip.

Also generally try to avoid/reduce sugar whenever possible. I usually drink water, but when I need a sweetened beverage, I make a lightly sweetened ice tea. Add only one tea spoon of sugar in a 1,5 liter jug and you're fine.

Reduce meal sizes. Only have two main dishes a day. Don't snack. Eat healthy food, and depending on your workout, rather low-carb and high protein focused.

Exercise regularly. Every step counts. Take the stairs instead of elevators. Go to the gym.

Most importantly, be patient. Loosing weight requires time. You will loose weight, if you follow some basic rules. It's impossible to not loose weight if you're doing this right. It's in your hands. You can do it.
