They're not going to have an audience if they don't cater to fans of the game. Rather than playing things down for general viewers, they're going to alienate the only people they can feel confident would attend and drag their friends along. At least I can speak for myself there. I've been to all of like 3 movies in the last 5 years, but I'd see this if it looked legit.
