The winner in 2000 was Billy & Mandy, and in 2001 it was Kids Next Door, both of which went on to be much more popular and successful than most of the series the Network picked up on its own. The kids knew what they wanted. Incidentally, a second pilot from 2000, Robot Jones, was eventually picked up years later, but didn't last very long.
