I should have asked in the other topic, but when we say "Victory Theme," are we just referring to the 4 second jingle? it's a bit longer than that, there's a brief tune that plays after. but yes. anyway, for this one uh... looking at people's noms most clearly aren't remembering that presidents before the original mount rushmore was made exist. FDR Woodrow Wilson FDR's the only lock. 4 terms, Depression, WW2. Wilson should be the second lock. 2 terms, WW1, League of Nations, Federal Reserve, labor laws. like it's dumb to not have him when he did a hell of a lot more than anybody else available. last two don't know yet. JFK is popular but that's really it, just popular name. the dude was president for 2 and a half years. his assassination has bloated his placement to an extreme because as far as presidents go there wasn't much he did. there could have been a lot. unfortunately a magic bullet took him out and being on a Rushmore makes no sense. tempted for a Reagan/Obama split as that's the clearest split of who the right and left find most endearing in polarizing ways. but there's also a long, long history to go through. also Jackson would feel like trolling. --- "Maybe it's a tentacle, molesting the planet itself. - Aschen Brodel. ...
