All the people complaining about customers realize they are customers , too. Right? This is a wet fart of a post. Cruciferous posted... I'm not asking but I am curious what tc was called. Word that can be used to describe a snack like Cheez-its or Saltines but also has a seperate usage as a slur for white people I'm guessing. Anyways I'm with TC and also the people just whining about customers. Its pretty wild for an employee to bust out a slur in such a situation and to have such an awful return policy...but I also agree a decent chunk of peoples perception of "bad service" nowadays is simply people refusing to be treated like shit. Its a two way street doing business.
