Topic	How easily do you get out of bed

I wake up pretty early (around 4 in the morning) so I usually lay in bed for an hour or two just messing around on my phone, but I could get up immediately if I had to. It's just to kill time really because I wake up so early. I'm 34 and somehow I sleep better and get up easier than I did when I was younger.
