| archizzy 02/17/24 7:54:29 PM #14: | I get up and get moving quite easily. I can go from alarm clock in bed to up fully dressed and out the door in under 5 minutes easily. However with that being said for many years I have been on 2nd shift including right now and I don't need to get up to an alarm clock. I just wake up naturally when fully rested after about 9 hours of solid sleep.
Waking up naturally when fully rested is really a great benefit of 2nd shift.
