WWE has a new owner, the UFC parent company that took much of their audience away from them to begin with, and benefits from being a part of streaming services.

It's not Roman that they have to thank for business being up.

Also the Saudi blood money and expansion into India.

They get larger tv contracts each time they renew b/c USA network is a desperate pathetic shell of its former self and has no programming at all left.
Fox paid a lot for SDL and lost money on the deal and didn't bother renewing.
Their tv viewers have declined faster than tv viewers in general has.

Growing their international audience (not by being better television but literally by starting to broadcast there at all) and getting utterly ridiculous sums from MBS in Saudi Arabia is the main reason they make more money now.
It's kinda similar to how domestically Hollywood's been dying for a long time now, but w/ China and the rest of the international box office now being so large, the total box office ended up being higher.
