am of two minds of this. on the one hand some movies are terrible but ultimately fall into the "so bad its good" category, and then others are just plain bad and there's nothing redeeming about them. like you can at least laugh and enjoy some bad movies that are incomprehensible (e.g., Troll 2, The Room, Plan 9, anything by Neil Breen, Nukie, DBZ: Evolution) but there's others that are just are dull, awful, or killed things. to that end:

Cats
Showgirls
Jack and Jill
Avatar the Last Airbender

Cats, especially the original version before they redid the CGI, is just a visual and auditory abomination. i can't think of anything it did well and it's just genuinely awful. the novelty of so, so many stars in it exists but it's worn off by just how terrible the movie is, how long the movie is, and it just stays bad. the only enjoyment here is making your friends suffer.

Showgirls is an iconic bad movie in that it fails at being sexy despite the amount of boobs, it fails at being a drama despite the attempt of one, it killed careers, and it succeeded at destroying the NC-17 rating that once existed. somehow, despite having things that should be enjoyable, it just... doesn't. just something very awkward instead.

Jack and Jill because there's bad Adam Sandler movie and then there's this. dull, tedious, boring, there genuinely might not be a worse movie on aspects of things that make me feel like i'm wasting my time.

Avatar is the one i'm least sure of because there's some humor to just how godawful it is, especially compared to the source, but it's also an incomprehensible mess that leaves you more confused. like at least the live action DBZ movie had some kind of laugh to how stupid it was, ditto for Saint Seiya, Avatar doesn't even get that really. but there might well be a worse one that doesn't have something redeeming.
