1. they're regressive, corporations just end up passing on their tax costs to consumers, which hurts the poor most of all
2. corporate taxes discourage business investment, reducing innovation and prospereity
3. large corporations exploit loopholes and often end up paying 0% in taxes anyway

i would trade a 0% corporate tax rate for like a 60% tax rate on top earners. i think low corporate tax, low capital gains tax, strong progressive income tax is probably the best of all worlds. so i can't fault missouri on this.

The first and third points seem more "they found a way to avoid responsibility" rather than "reasons they shouldn't have responsibility". If someone is expected to complete a chore but finds ways make someone else do it/avoid it we don't say "it's fine, forget about it".

Your second point seems a broad generalization - do you have evidence that reducing their taxes to 0 would have a significant impact on innovation and "prosperity"?
