Venom didn't just draw because he's a spidey badguy, he's been building a solid fanbase ever since the 90s when he had a moment where he basically overtook spidey's fame. they keep dishing out these spidey villain characters as if we give a shit. we don't give a shit. we give a shit about venom and carnage. that's it. everything else isn't worth throwing money into. but they just don't get it. --- Disclaimer: There's a good chance the above post could be sarcasm.
