Yeah I'm sorry if I'm coming off as deliberately obtuse, I'm just trying to understand if there's something more to this than "our games are going multiplatform" when it's like... bro your games have been multiplatform. Xbox has been the brand for all of Microsofts gaming stuff for a while now. And when they say mutliplatform, they mean to Playstation and Switch. The PC has been considered neutral ground for a while, when people say exclusive these days they mean console exclusive. Theyll keep making Xbox consoles until theres no money in it any more, though services are clearly their bread and butter. In the last week I have spent more time interacting with the Xbox ecosystem than I have in my entire life combined and I still dont own a physical Xbox! I think that will stay as an option for some time to come but Xbox is a platform thats not just tied to a console now. The question is does Sony follow suit? --- I just decided to change this sig.
