If they're using the actual Dungeons & Dragons brand and/or creatures and concepts that are owned by Wizards of the Coast (e.g. the Beholder in the set), then not only is Hasbro getting a cut, they have to get a cut (or else have some other agreement in place for LEGO to use the IP, though a cut of the money is by far the most common agreement and for sure it's what's going on here), or else they have grounds to sue LEGO. <cite>SpawnShadow posted [p:978801073] in 1st image ...
