It's all the GOP has left these days, especially in the younger (and thereby more rabid) GOP members of Congress. This new crop of Republicans is so ignorant to politics, they will simply grind Congress to a further halt than it already is, just like the Republican House has currently done. Something like 3 bills passed the House last year. That's a ridiculously small number.
