It looks like it has a job system. Is that pretty good? Challenging? Yes. There's some common jobs and then some jobs that only of the total characters can access. By putting certain jobs on the same character you can also unlock fusion skills. You can't have every character master every job until post game where one of the super bosses you can fight rewards you with more JP so you have to strategize carefully.
