Down 2 lbs for the week. 17 lbs for the year. Losing slightly too fast at this point for my tastes. If it continues next week, I'll probably up my calories slightly. My lifts still remain steady, but body weight exercises are easier because less body. Pants fit noticeably better. Overall awesome, but like most lifters, I have the unsubstantiated fear of instantly and forever losing all of my muscles. So I want to keep an eye on my speed of descent --- I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
