It's like some people have never heard of psychotic episode, treatable mental illness, or cognitive behavioral therapy. In other words, oftentimes, but not every single time, suicidal people are caught up in their emotions, not thinking clearly, and forgotten who they are. Euthanasia on demand is a bad idea, because in many situations those awful feelings will pass. Furthermore, a lot of people who are suicidal are actually just crying for help. Has anyone been euthanized because they have a treatable depressive episode?
