Ive seen managers quit on the spot, break down and cry in front of me due to stress, go outside and drink hard alcohol, many go on stress leave, one was babbling incoherently on a walkie talkie because of the stress, etc. Our managers get texted by the boss on their days off, vacations etc to go and do this or that or plan this or that. Ive been asked several times if im interested in management. Oh hell to the fuck no. Even for double the money i wouldnt do it, i value my mental health too much. --- 'We're not gonna make it, are we? People i mean.' 'It's in your nature to destroy yourselves.' ...
