Eh, there's a lot I'd say aged poorly, but most of it is not super important. I know there are some readers that actually re-write the poorly aged content, which is usually slurs, mostly in the early acts.

In terms of big stuff, the Dancestors definitely feel poorly aged, but it's thankfully mostly skippable. I think more importantly, some characters go through....questionable arcs. I consider that one of the more interesting parts of Homestuck, though, where characters don't go where you expect them to go. Tavros and Dirk are the big ones that come to mind.
