Which the union must be aware and idk why they chose Tesla of all companies to play this card on. They didn't "choose" Tesla, Tesla refuses to make a collective bargaining agreement which is pretty standard in Sweden, especially in this industry. If LKAB or Skanska or whoever tried the same thing, there would still be a strike.
