Its a work-addicted bureaucratic nation of depressed cynical racist pencil pushers, with a lot of strife between the older generation who cant find a way out of getting the nation to not die a slow death and the youth who has given up all hope. It is exactly the same here in The Netherlands and a few other European countries.
