As the name implies, it's a P.U.N.K./Kashtira/Witchcrafter hybrid that intends to use the P.U.N.K. mill 9 combo to facilitate Witchcrafter plays, with a splash of Kash as one does in the current meta. Is it good? I don't think so. Is it cheap? Haha, no. But is it frickin' rad? Hell yeah, motherfucker. I can share the deck if anyone wants to see it~
