He knows that his antics would just get shot down in the courtroom and make him look like a loser. He's saying this because he is sure they'll never do it. They'll never televise it, so he and his lackeys will just rant about how they're not showing the REAL story of what's happening in the courtroom because they're scared to make the truth known. That way he can act like he's the one with nothing to hide, but the "deep state" is covering up the real story.
