It's truly the one project that showcases the potential and achieves the promise of Phase 4. Season One had some really good moments that put it up there, but Season Two took it to another level. It was basically timey-wimey nonsense, but as a big Doctor Who fan I was totally bought in. In many ways it does Who better than most actual Who episodes. Last ep spoilers: I have no idea what happened. Seems like pretty out there power creep but maybe I'm just stupid? It works thematically but it also feels like a big ass pull. I still like it but it also feels kind of lazy.
