That's their right, but that's also a reason for me to not respect them.
Anybody who doesn't see the Republican party for the actual and legitimate threat they are to this nation is not someone I feel is politically attuned or engaged enough to actually have a voice worth listening to.
They're allowed to have that voice, mind you, I just think it's worthless because it comes from a place of either ignorance or intentional dismissal.
They're the kind of people who keep voting Republican because they listen to Republican ads demonize the Dems and then shit their pants in surprise after the Christo-fascist Supreme Court overturned with Roe with Dobbs even though Republicans have been promising to do so for the last 50 years.
Again I'm referring to non-voters, not Republican voters.
