Did the pro-palestine person hit him because he was Jewish, or because he was pro-Israel? The former is a hate crime, the latter isn't. Calling it a hate crime without any evidence of the former makes you disingenuous. Did the pro-palestine person intend to kill the Jewish man? There is no evidence of intent to kill, so calling it murder is ridiculous. Stop being sensationalist over everything involving Israel/Palestine.
