Topic	My Uber Driver just got pulled over.

From what I can gather, the Uber app is pretty unreliable for drivers. The cop let him off with a warning. Yeah, that's a shit excuse IMO. A phone does not replace or dictate the rules of the road, nor is it a substitute for the general situational awareness one should have to be allowed to drive.
