Anything above 10 gets rounded down to a 10, and anything below a 1 gets rounded up to a 1. Anything beyond the ten's place will be rounded accordingly: .04 or lower gets rounded down to .0 and .05 or higher gets rounded up to .1 You don't have to rate every character. You can skip any that you don't know or don't feel like rating. "Character" is defined loosely, but priority will be given to playable characters and major villains. Depending on participation/demand, this may be expanded. If you miss a topic or topic(s) you can still rate characters from previous topics. Just please try to keep them in the order I have them in the spreadsheet. It makes my life a lot easier. Feel free to nominate characters you'd like to see done next. There's no guarantee they'll be next, but they might receive higher priority. Please make it clear which characters you are giving each rating. Might go down to 4 after today, since I think 5 might be too many. But I don't think 3 is enough when the characters are less known.
