Idk about that. Much more fat content. That doesn't necessarily make it worse. The majority of the fat in PB is unsaturated fat, which is the "good fat" that helps with your cholesterol levels, brain health and inflammation levels. Said fat (and fiber) content also contribute to the full feeling I mentioned earlier. As long as you're not eating it in crazy amounts and avoid those containing hydrogenated oils and/or high-fructose corn syrup there's little reason to consider it unhealthy. --- Resident Synthwave enjoyer.
