Rules:- Rate each character on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being the lowest, and 10 being the highest. Anything above 10 gets rounded down to a 10, and anything below a 1 gets rounded up to a 1.
- Anything beyond the ten's place will be rounded accordingly: .04 or lower gets rounded down to .0 and .05 or higher gets rounded up to .1
- You don't have to rate every character. You can skip any that you don't know or don't feel like rating.
- "Character" is defined loosely, but priority will be given to playable characters and major villains. Depending on participation/demand, this may be expanded.

- Feel free to nominate characters you'd like to see done next. There's no guarantee they'll be next, but they might receive higher priority.
