Bend is like 100k people and this is USD. And that would be a bargain compared to buying similar in Whistler. Like seriously, I have a pretty meh 1,300 sqft townhouse that's worth 700k that's in the Fraser Valley. I'm not in a touristy sort of location in the slightest either. Seriously, home prices in Vancouver are among the highest in North America. Prices I see in the States? Not all that shocking to me. Only like parts of New York and California really beat us for insane housing costs. Wife and I are even looking at buying a stand-alone house in like Chilliwack which will still run over a million and renting out our current place because we can get like 3k per month in rent for our current place. --- The commercial says that Church isn't for perfect people, I guess that's why I'm an atheist. ...
