I am not a Smash player, but what was wrong with the Smash 4 port? I thought it was lauded as being pretty incredible for the handheld and it's weaker hardware? The Pokemon games on 3DS were fine, they were kind of the last of the old-school style and they looked and played well. I actually enjoyed playing through X, it felt nostalgic but updated.
