Topic	100k or be able to do Guile's flashkick?

You'd probably take someone's head clean off so you wouldn't really be able to use it on anyone except extreme life or death situstions where you probably don't have the time to charge it up. And I don't see anyone paying me that much for thst long for being able to do one move.
