Yeah that sounds like it was the debit card. When you have fraud or you lose the card you'll get a new card with a new number on it. If you have anything like a subscription set up automatically through your debit card you'll have to reset those (but if set up w/ account number those wont be interrupted).

And as someone that works at the bank you dont actually have to go to the bank, you can just call the number on the back of your card to file a claim and they can take care of it from there. If you actually go to the bank (at least mine) all we're doing for you is making the same exact call for you with you there with us.
