Well, there's a scene in Future Redeemed (3's DLC) where a radio with the Vector logo on it does a bunch of background lore dumping and they name drop Dmitri Yuriev, presented in a context that was depicting a time before the trilogy began. And then the post-credit scene (broad ending spoilers for the whole Xenoblade trilogy and Xenosaga 3) is believed to be an alternate perspective of Xenosaga 3's post-credit scene, showing a blue dot floating through space next to the Earth on which all of Xenoblade (X aside) has taken place just after it emerged from a pocket dimension. The theory most people have grabbed onto is that the blue dot is KOS-MOS in Xenosaga 3's post-credit scene, very strongly suggesting that all of Xenoblade has taken place on Lost Jerusalem (and also explained how/why it was lost). It's all just speculation at this point, but the theory seems very plausible, especially paired with giving copyright credit to Bamco. Takahashi's cooking something.
Too bad we can never have an Xenogears remake.
