Uh, there are products available for this express purpose. Anyone who can't afford to buy a roll of disposal bags shouldn't be allowed to own pets tbh. How can they afford to feed a pet if they can't afford to clean up after it? My mom is practically a crazy car lady. She will easily fill a grocery bag with cat litter. It's the only reason we keep them Me personally I've had to have my receipt checked many times going out of Walmart cause they find it odd I don't typically use bags. Bags of any kind. I go to the store like every few days and only buy a little. My drinks for work I keep in the trunk. I'll pull one out the day before to put in the fridge bur I can be forgetful so if I forget to pack it for work I still got some in the trunk. Won't be cold but I'll have it. Everything else I can typically manage to carry in the house in just one or two trips despite no bags --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ...
