Topic	Uh oh my city is banning plastic bags next month

The fact that other products exist specifically for this purpose means not all cat and dog owners are relying on grocery bags. One of the chains near us did this a year or two ago. No plastic bags at all and you have to pay 5 cents for a paper bag.
