We've been pushing for more consistent rules, and this is one of those changes tbh. The Warned/Suspended user topics have always been a hotbed of harassment and trolling, and so with the push for greater consistency we are going to be tightening up on some things and loosening up on others. Because everyone here knows those topics were inherently toxic and trolling, no matter how much some want to try to spin it otherwise. The point of removing those topics is to cut down on harassment.
